1st and 2nd shift
Production Supervisor
FLSA Status: Exempt
Pay: $67,000-$77,000/year
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating production employees to meet scheduled production goals on each production line. Ensure compliance with the facility Food Safety and Quality Management System Policies and procedures.
2nd shift Press Operator
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Pay: $21.00+/hour plus 10% Shift differential
As a Press Operator you would be responsible for pasta production equipment operation to drive maximum product output while maintaining ECP quality and safety standards. Additionally, you play a key role in preparing for shape changes according to the production schedule and ensure the proper blends of raw ingredients are used.
1st and 2nd shift
Quality Technician
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Pay: $18.00-$25.00/hour
The Quality Technician is responsible for assisting the Quality Leadership team in daily assigned duties. The Quality Technician will communicate all quality concerns and/or deficiencies with management and plant personnel and is a driver of quality, safety, and efficiency within the plant.
Weekend Boiler Operator
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Pay:$26.00+/hour
The Boiler Operator position is responsible for the daily operations of a High-Pressure Steam Boiler, which includes startups and shutdowns, monitoring operations, performing inspections and maintenance as needed. This particular shift will require a 2B boiler license and the availability to work 6am to 6pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday OR 6pm to 6am Friday night, Saturday night, Sunday night. Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!
Cando, ND Production Operators
The Production Operator is responsible for running a high-speed packaging machine safely and efficiently with the help of 2-3 additional production employees. The Operator is required to have strict compliance with the facility Food Safety and Quality Management System policies and procedures. Also assists with inspecting machines to ensure they are meeting operational standards. Will assist other employees working on the production line in completion of work.
