HR Assistant-Bilingual
The Human Resources (HR) Assistant is responsible for assisting and supporting the HR Manager with various personnel functions including recruitment, onboarding, orientation, employee benefits, employee relations, safety, and training. The Assistant is responsible for understanding and interpreting policies, and for answering general questions and inquiries in all areas of Human Resources for our employees. In the absence of the HR Manager, the Assistant manages certain projects and activities.
Press Operators
As a Press Operator you would be responsible for pasta production equipment operation to drive maximum product output while maintaining ECP quality and safety standards. Additionally, you play a key role in preparing for shape changes according to the production schedule and ensure the proper blends of raw ingredients are used.
1st and 2nd shift (Maintenance Technician) Production Line Technician
The Production Line Technician is responsible for performing maintenance on specified equipment in a timely and accurate manner.
Weekend Boiler Operator
The Boiler Operator position is responsible for the daily operations of a High-Pressure Steam Boiler, which includes startups and shutdowns, monitoring operations, performing inspections and maintenance as needed. This particular shift will require a 2B boiler license and the availability to work 10am to 10pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday OR 10pm to 10am Friday night, Saturday night, Sunday night. Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!
Cando, ND Production Operators
The Production Operator is responsible for running a high-speed packaging machine safely and efficiently with the help of 2-3 additional production employees. The Operator is required to have strict compliance with the facility Food Safety and Quality Management System policies and procedures. Also assists with inspecting machines to ensure they are meeting operational standards. Will assist other employees working on the production line in completion of work.

The Press & Dryer Operator is responsible for pasta production equipment operation. The goal is to maximize lbs/hour output while maintaining product quality and ensuring a safe process while in operation.
