About Us

EnterpriseCP, LLC. (ECP) was established in 2015, in Alexandria, Minnesota, as a co-packer of pasta, pasta-based meals, pancake mix, potato flakes, and stuffing.

After seeing steady growth ECP outgrew its Alexandria facility and in 2020  moved to its current 310,000 square foot facility in Long Prairie, Minnesota. 

​

In December of 2020 ECP purchased a flour mill and pasta plant in Cando, North Dakota to add vertical integration to the business. In the summer of 2021 ECP completed its installation of an 8,800 lb/hr pasta press in its Long Prairie facility setting the stage for significant growth.

 

ECP continues to grow and expand its capabilities and capacity. Today, ECP employs more than 95 fulltime employees between its Long Prairie and Cando facilities with significant growth opportunities in the years to come.
