Quality Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
Pay: $90,000-$110,000/year

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring products manufactured at the location are safe and comply with all company, customer, and regulatory requirements. They will lead the site team in developing and maintaining a culture of best in class Quality through their influence and coaching. The Quality Manager is directly responsible for the implementation of quality systems and initiatives related to the production, packaging, receipt, storage, and release of food products manufactured within the facility. The individual in this position must establish relationships with not only her/his direct reports but within all departments in the organization to effectively cultivate a culture in which safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.

Quality Supervisor
FLSA Status: Exempt
Pay: $60,000-$80,000/year

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Quality Leadership team in daily assigned duties. The Quality Supervisor will communicate all quality concerns and/or deficiencies with management and plant personnel and is a driver of quality, safety, and
efficiency within the plant.

R&D Food Technologist
FLSA Status: Exempt
Pay: $50,000-$75,000/year

The R&D Food Technologist is dedicated to the commercialization of innovative pasta products, macaroni and cheese, and prepared pasta dinners. This individual will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, driving product innovation, and working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and product development, to bring new products to market.

Warehouse Coordinator
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Pay: $25.00/hour

The Warehouse Coordinator oversees all activities involved with inbound and outbound
operations to support the Shipping, Receiving, and Production department. This position is
critical for our business to optimize warehouse efficiencies.

Facility and Grounds Maintenance
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Pay: $25.00/hour

The Facility and Grounds Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general building and grounds maintenance as well as maintenance on specified equipment in a timely and accurate manner. They will also assist with performing inspection and preventative maintenance, inspecting all machines, systems and equipment to ensure they are meeting operational standards and perform other tasks as needed.

Accounting Associate
FLSA Status: Exempt
Pay: $50,000-70,000/year

The Accounting Associate will work closely with our Director of Finance to analyze, record, and report manufacturing costs, support month-end closing, and perform Accounts Receivable (AR)/Accounts Payable (AP) duties. Other tasks as assigned.

Inventory Control Specialist
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Pay: $20.00-22.00/hour

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring inventory on the manufacturing floor and ensuring that all materials are properly verified and reflective of reported inventory. The Inventory Control Specialist will maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting and accurate processing of material reports and system transfers. Other duties as assigned.

Accounting Assistant
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Pay: $25.00/hour

The Accounting Assistant will work closely with our Director of Finance to maintain customer and vendor set up documentation and perform Accounts Receivable (AR)/Accounts Payable (AP) duties as well as other tasks as assigned.

Shipping
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Pay: $21.00-23.00/hour

The Shipping/Receiving Material Handler is responsible for ensuring all products completed in packaging are appropriately labeled and put away in the proper location. Also responsible for staging orders and loading trucks.

1st and 2nd shift
Material Handler
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Pay: $19.00-22.00/hour

The Material Handler is responsible for ensuring all products completed
are appropriately labeled and put away in the proper location. Also
responsible for movement of supply on the production floor to assist
production lines.

1st and 2nd shift
Assistant Operator
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Pay: $18.50-20.75/hour

The Assistant Operator works closely with the Operator to ensure
the production line is running smoothly. Strict compliance with
the facility Food Safety and Quality Management System Policies
and procedures is required. The Assistant Operator will help the
Operator perform regular checks on the machines and equipment
to ensure they are meeting operational standards.

1st and 2nd shift
Receiving
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Pay: $21.00-23.00/hour

​The Receiving Material Handler is responsible for ensuring all products completed in packaging are appropriately labeled and put away in the proper location. Also responsible for staging orders and loading trucks.

2nd shift Press Operator
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Pay: $21.00+/hour plus 10% Shift differential

 

As a Press Operator you would be responsible for pasta production equipment operation to drive maximum product output while maintaining ECP quality and safety standards. Additionally, you play a key role in preparing for shape changes according to the production schedule and ensure the proper blends of raw ingredients are used.

1st and 2nd shift (Maintenance Technician) Production Line Technician
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Pay: $25.00+/hour plus 10% shift differentials on 2nd shift

The Production Line Technician is responsible for performing maintenance on specified equipment in a timely and accurate manner.

Cando, ND Production Operators

The Production Operator is responsible for running a high-speed packaging machine safely and efficiently with the help of 2-3 additional production employees. The Operator is required to have strict compliance with the facility Food Safety and Quality Management System policies and procedures. Also assists with inspecting machines to ensure they are meeting operational standards. Will assist other employees working on the production line in completion of work.

Cando, ND Press and Dryer Operator

The Press & Dryer Operator is responsible for pasta production equipment operation. The goal is to maximize lbs/hour output while maintaining product quality and ensuring a safe process while in operation.

Cando, ND Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance on specified equipment in a timely and accurate manner. They are also responsible for the preventative maintenance and repairs of the facility.
