Listed Positions
Manufacturing Engineer
FLSA Status: Exempt
Pay: $95,000-$120,000/year
Supports the growth and automation of the company
by designing, drafting, and planning mechanical parts, electrical
systems, and equipment used in automated packaging processes
within the facility. This position requires strong technical design
skills, creativity, and collaboration to bring automation and
process-improvement projects from concept to completion.
1st and 2nd shift
Material Handler
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Pay: $19.00-22.00/hour
The Material Handler is responsible for ensuring all products completed
are appropriately labeled and put away in the proper location. Also
responsible for movement of supply on the production floor to assist
production lines.
1st and 2nd shift
Assistant Operator
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Pay: $18.50-20.75/hour
The Assistant Operator works closely with the Operator to ensure
the production line is running smoothly. Strict compliance with
the facility Food Safety and Quality Management System Policies
and procedures is required. The Assistant Operator will help the
Operator perform regular checks on the machines and equipment
to ensure they are meeting operational standards.
2nd shift Press Operator
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Pay: $21.00+/hour plus 10% Shift differential
As a Press Operator you would be responsible for pasta production equipment operation to drive maximum product output while maintaining ECP quality and safety standards. Additionally, you play a key role in preparing for shape changes according to the production schedule and ensure the proper blends of raw ingredients are used.
Cando, ND Production Operators
The Production Operator is responsible for running a high-speed packaging machine safely and efficiently with the help of 2-3 additional production employees. The Operator is required to have strict compliance with the facility Food Safety and Quality Management System policies and procedures. Also assists with inspecting machines to ensure they are meeting operational standards. Will assist other employees working on the production line in completion of work.
